Diving Into Rabbinic Texts

Description: Join us as we explore selected texts from Tractate Kiddushin in the Babylonian Talmud. Summer is often a “marriage season” so we will examine how the Rabbis of the Talmud viewed the marriage relationship. Our open discussions will further hone our skills in understanding Talmudic texts; previous experience not required. Texts will be available in English and Hebrew/Aramaic. 

Time: Sundays, 11am -12 noon

Dates: 7/9, 7/16, 7/23, 7/30
