Spring 5783 Mindful Movement

Description:  Bring Shalom, (peace and wholeness), to life with Mindful Movement. The principles and approach to Mindful Movement are the creative life work of Milton Trager, MD. He was an early pioneer of body mind connection through gentle movement. The body is a vehicle to the mind. The mind directs the body to move in freer, more comfortable and pleasurable ways. Thus, we can perceive a sense of well being with positive and joyful feelings. In class you will learn to practice principles that apply to your individual needs. We will explore ways to feel freer in our daily movement, decrease stress, increase energy, improve posture, and have fun along the way.
