2025-26 Membership Renewal Form

Thank you for renewing your membership with Congregation Agudas Achim.

To use your payment methods on file:

Before you enter your contact information on the form, please log into your ShulCloud account. Once you log in, your name and contact information will populate on the form.  When you get to the payment page, any payment methods stored on your ShulCloud account will be available to use.

To pay by check, donor-advised fund (DAF), required minimum distribution (RMD) or stock:

If you are mailing payment by check, DAF, RMD or stock, please select “Bill to My Account”. Please make the check payable to Congregation Agudas Achim and send to Congregation Agudas Achim, P.O. Box 28400, Austin, TX 78755-8400. Please reach out if you need instructions for making a stock donation or to notify Lanie Bailey to be on the lookout for a payment to come.

We appreciate your continued support of our sacred community.
If you require a variance for dues, we are happy to work with you to find a financial solution that meets your family's needs. Please fill out the information below. Upon review, this amount will become your annual dues for 5786. You will have the option to pay in full, quarterly or monthly. Members on variance are asked to pay the Annual Maintenance Fee of $118 in addition to their dues.

Thank you for renewing your membership at the Associate Level. To qualify for an Associate Membership, you must be a dues-paying member at another congregation. Please provide the name and location of your other congregation in the field below. 

Associate Memberships do not come with congregational voting rights or tickets to High Holy Day services.
