Description:  This year Zoomtown will read and analyze Rabbi Michael Strassfeld’s recent book “Disrupting Judaism.” A general overview of Rabbi Strassfeld’s thinking were summarized during Dr. Raben's session at Tikkun Leil Shavuot. Our year of study will explore several categories central to Rabbi Strassfeld's theory of disruptive thinking of Jewish life in North America. This class will grapple with what it means to be living Jewishly and meaningfully in the 21st century.
